1. Install Osmand app
2. Install my app and open it

2.3. Recreate tiles and rides
3. Open OsmAnd, click on globe icon and choose Overlay map - Explorer
4. Also you can choose GPX track - VV all rides

It's recently started behaviourly weirdly on my phone. After clicking "Recreate tiles and rides" I get an endless cycle of messages: "[MAP] All rides have been saved", "[MAP] Explorer tiles have been recreated" and "Error during creating rides file", which repeat until I force stop the app. The internal rides viewer updates, but the not the OSMAND tiles and tracks. Previously it all worked well and I'm not sure what broke.

A further update.. I've managed to get this to work by syncing VV into the osmand directory then copying the files into the external SD card directory. Synchronising VV with the external SD card location directly did not work in my case. Also note that you need to activate the "online maps" plugin in OSM before you can use the overlay feature as described in the YouTube video for this app.

Superb app for use with Veloviewer. Best app I've got for exploring new areas. Loads quickly, good map. Shows completed tiles and current ride. Slight glitch recently in that the heatmap has stopped working properly. Not sure why.. Thanks Anisart. Your suggested fix worked.
