Mobile yield recording via ANDROID smartphones and tablets - Control your harvesting performance of helpers and employees.
A mobile software for ANDROID smartphones and tablets is offered as an extension to midcom harvest helper management. With the help of this software it is possible to record the harvest yield data on site. The ID of the harvest helper and the container (e.g. the box) are recorded via a barcode scanner.
The reliable and fast recording was realized in such a way that first the helper is scanned or recorded using his barcode ID and then the container.
This enables complete tracking of the harvest and processing steps. All containers that were recorded by bar code are noted in the database with a time stamp, helper identification and harvest location.
The mobile hardware is standard ANDROID smartphones and tablets that are connected to a barcode scanner (socket) via Bluetooth and transfer the data directly via GSM.
All recorded data is immediately transferred to the server in real time and is available for evaluation and process or production control in real time. Even a network failure of the provider does not lead to an interruption of activity thanks to the midcom cache technology.
The mobile midcom modules are an innovative technology for everyday use in companies that employ many employees outside of the company premises.
