Dynamo app: Discover a new way of living in a condominium.
Developed based on the unique needs and challenges faced by residents, property managers and condominium administrators, our app offers a comprehensive and intuitive solution to improve the condominium experience.
Both through the Dínamo website and the app, the condominium's residents, managers, advisors, employees and service providers can carry out their tasks and organize their routines in a simple, quick, efficient way and above all from anywhere and at any time.
The available resources range from simple management of open invoices to opening the building's doors using the integrations available in the application. Everything with the same login and password, receiving pushes for the most important issues, online and real-time access.
Features (vary depending on the plan enabled):
- complete registration of condominium owners, their vehicles, pets and other residents of the unit
- communication between property manager and residents with control of pending issues, discussion groups, lost and found items, notices, maintenance, etc. (in moderation).
- reservations in the party room, changes and other agendas,
- access to the regulations and other condominium documents,
- monthly fee invoices - interactive month-by-month reporting with receipt attachments and online approval of the folder
- view of the evolution of expenses by account and account group (Expenses on water, energy, contracts, maintenance, etc.)
- comparison of budgeted versus realized (graphs and details)
- view of default (reports and graphs)
- management of contracts with third parties
- management of preventive and periodic maintenance
