Previously, the app allowed me to send dictation to a connected Dropbox. I am unsure whether there was a recent update however I am no longer able to send dictation to the connected Dropbox. When it gets to the Data Transfer portion, the app freaks out, closes, and reopens within a second. Essentially cannot use this app without that function.

I bought a new phone (Galaxy S10) and the app malfunctioned, with a loud crackling covering all recordings. I lodged a complaint with the developer 5 business days ago, and have not heard back. I uninstalled the app with the intention of reinstalling it, to see if that cures the issue, but now I am unable to install it. Very disappointed as I had been using it for more than a year. Very poor response and support.

The iOS version is excellent with no problems. The Android version is buggy and has trouble uploading most of the time. Cuts off the upload within seconds at 1-5%. The settings are very basic with no other options to try and remedy the uploading problems.
