Sudoku is a logic game where you fill in numbers in a 9 x 9 grid, making sure that there are no identical numbers in each row, in each column, and in each 3 x 3 sub-grid. This game has two special modes: Kana mode and Tenboshi mode.
Kana mode
In kana mode, players use kana to fill in the Sudoku. Each cell contains katakana characters from "a" to "ke". Make sure that there are no identical letters in each row, column, and each 3x3 small grid.
Juboshi mode
Incorporating elements of Chinese culture, the Juboshi mode requires players to fill in Sudoku using the Ten Cards (A, Otsu, Hei, Ding, 戊, Self, Geng, Shin, and Jin). Similarly, make sure that there are no identical Juko characters in each row, column, and each 3x3 small grid.
