About the Fund
The Khalid Ainain Bin Al-Mundhir Bin Sawi Al Buainain Offspring Fund was officially established by 18 founders in accordance with the National Associations and Institutions Law and its executive regulations. And the rules of family funds with license No. 10001 dated 11/26/2019 AD from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and documented by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.
Goals and objectives
The Fund aims - without one of its objectives being to obtain financial profit - to achieve the following:
Helping needy members of the Buainain family (for members and exempted members), whether in cash or in kind.
Assisting those wishing to marry from the Buainain family for the first or second time in the event of the death of their wives or an illness that hinders marital life, for members or those exempted from participating in the Fund’s membership.
Striving to reconcile relations between the Buainain family themselves, and between the Buainain family and other families.
Honoring and supporting family members who excel in the fields of education, medicine, engineering, and science in all its branches, students of science, and religious scholars, as well as those who excel in serving the nation or who achieve distinguished successes who represent a good example for others.
Board of Trustees and Fund Management
The Fund is managed by a Board of Trustees consisting of (7) members who are appointed by a decision of the founding members and approved by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development.
Pursuant to this appointment, the Board of Trustees forms permanent committees to carry out tasks of an ongoing nature, or temporary committees to carry out tasks specific to their nature and duration according to the powers granted to them based on the basic regulations.
