Balloons always mean holiday or positive emotions but only when they do not pop. Same is in this game. In Lucky Balloon you can stake some amount of points from the ones which are given to you at the start, inflate the blue balloon, try to guess when it pops and stop inflating right before that moment while getting a number of points to which your stake has grown. If a balloon pops, you lose that number of points.
