This is easily one of the best idle / incremental games I've ever played on android. I'd be hard pressed to even call it a "clicker" game because it puts so little emphasis on manually generating resources via taps. I really like this. So many other idle games make tapping a viable way to increase productivity substantially. Tapping as fast as humanly possible is not a good game mechanic, and Kittens Game realises this. The thing that really make this game stand out to me is how difficult it is to min/max resource generation. It offers a complicated web of mechanics, all of which play into improving resource generation in tangible, but distinctly unique ways. This causes the player to actually strategize their spending. I really don't like the UI. It's very clunky and hard to control. But for the most part, it gets the job done. I really appreciate the dark themes, as the default white is killer on the eyes.
