In the month of Ramadan, the Muslim abstains from food and drink, and from all desires and pleasures, in order to draw closer to God Almighty and to comply with His commands.
On the authority of Talha bin Obaidullah, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, when he saw the new moon, he would say:
Supplicate him for the days and great nights of the holy month of Ramadan, as it was stated in the Two Sahihs that God Almighty descends in the last third of the night every night as He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Our Lord, Blessed and Exalted be He, descends to the lowest heaven every night when the last third of the night remains, and He says: Who calls upon Me, that I may answer him.” Whoever asks of Me, so I give him, who asks for forgiveness of Me, so I forgive him, until dawn breaks.”

Undoubtedly, many believers rush to pray qiyaam all nights of Ramadan, especially the last ten nights, and it is desirable in the last ten nights of Ramadan to commit to praying qiyaam and tahajjud.
All of that supplication and remembrance are from the Sunnah, and it is desirable to say it at the time of the dawn of Ramadan.
