Please note that this is a portrait-screen application. Please use portrait mode to keep the software in better working condition.
To open the app, you need to authorize the software to use the microphone to record your follow-up. Then click the Enter Software button to start the process of importing the word list in one go. The imported word list contains 60,000 coca word frequency words and Chinese definitions. During use, when you click on the words in the subtitles, you can query and display them from the word list.
After the word list is imported, click to enter the application again to enter the main interface of the application. Every time you open the app after that, you will go directly to the main interface. The permissions-related interface will not appear again and the word list will not be imported again.
Instructions for use - - - Creating and importing learning materials
Convert any video resource to MP4 format and copy it to a directory in your phone's SD card. Supported subtitle file formats include SRT, LRC, etc.
It is strongly recommended to save all the resource files you need to study to a specific single directory on your phone for easy retrieval. As follows:

Every time you open the app, click the Select Video button to select the video you want to study from the directory structure of your phone's SD card. Then select the subtitle file for the movie from the directory structure again. If there are no subtitles, just return directly. If subtitles are not loaded, the subtitles cannot be displayed. But you can still do intensive listening and reading.
After selecting the material file, the app will try to read all the clips you have previously captured of the material file and display them in a list at the bottom of the interface.

To listen and follow a certain video material carefully, you need to intercept the video in fragments, intercept the fragments of the characters' dialogue, press and hold on the video playback interface, the video will start playing, release to pause the playback, and display A button. If you think this section is very suitable, click this button to save the start and end time information of this section as a section entry and add it to the section list below. If you feel that the time point information of the edited clip is not satisfactory, you only need to continue to hold down the part other than the button, and the playback will start again from the beginning of the clip until you release your finger in time at the appropriate position.
After saving as a new entry, the playhead will be automatically positioned at the end of the entry's time. At this time, you can press and hold the video playback interface to edit the next clip. The editing continues like this until the end of the film. Or you can study a section of an item that has already been edited and then edit the next section of the item later.
Please note that when you open the software, the clips you have edited before are listed. If you need to edit a new clip, please press and hold the red area of the last clip. We've edited some clips, or we've edited a video completely, so you'll end up with dozens or even hundreds of clip entries.
For each fragment entry, we provide four main functions. Clicking on each color has different functions.
Red button: Click: The current clip will be read and played without limit, and the playback speed will be normal speed.
Red button: long press: will pause playback and move the playhead to the end of the clip.
Green button: Click: Your follow-up recording will be played. If there is no follow-up recording for the clip, a prompt will be given.
Green button: Long press: Recording will start and you can read along with the clip. Clicking any part of the screen will end the recording, and your recording file will be saved in the phone's memory space. Each long press will start a new recording and overwrite the previous recording file. Repeated reading will improve your speaking skills.
Blue button: Click: Play at 1.5 times speed and automatically repeat.
Blue button: long press: slow playback at 0.5 times speed and automatic repeat.
Yellow button: Click: Equivalent to clicking the red button, it will play at normal speed and automatically repeat.
