Complain to Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection and get 25% of the fined amount using the "DNCRP Complain" app. Its easy to make a complaint. Then fill up a form about your contact details. Note that all the fields are mandatory, if your complaint is successful, DNCRP will contact you via the information you provided. Then you can make your complaint by giving the name of the accused company, their address, details of the incident and a photo of the receipt. If your complaint gets verified by DNCRP, they will communicate with you.

Information on this form is required to file a complaint, and you will be contacted by the National Consumer Protection Authority based on this information. After verification of your complaint you will be contacted by National Directorate of Consumer Protection.
