Butorfly Description
This app has a program named Butorfly 369 which is a 9 week challenge (which focusses on the first step, committing to 30 days). There are two path’s reflecting two different paces. The turtle path is for studying at least once a day. The Rabbit path is for studying at least three times a day. The Rabbit path is the Butorfly 369 program. Think free time is me time, give up TV, music, social media for 30 days. Entertain yourself with the goal of getting to know who you are.
The content in Butorfly is eclectic and I use Western (American) and Eastern (Yoga/Veda) knowledge. Butorfly is built on four anchor points; Subconscious, Self Love, The Ego and the High Self. This app will help you understand that the trigger you feel is not from others. It is your subconscious reacting to something you have reacted to in the past. This constant compulsion of reacting without thought, (trigger) will be seen different. You will know that your “Triggers are your pathway home”.
Committing yourself to not react, you will be left with the trigger. Inside this app you will find two interventions. One is a Self Inquiry tool called FEAR WANTS TRUTH. You can resolve your voids by doing something about them. FEAR WANTS TRUTH helps teach you how to identify the trigger and how to work on that trigger daily. Also there is a Self Regulation tool called ADRC, this will help you learn how to self sooth and address your emotional state. You will have access to take a GUNA test and DOSHA test.
