In Matthew 28:19-20, the Lord Jesus says this to his ministry team as he prepares to ascend to the Father: "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember that I am always with you."

So, at Burgaw Presbyterian, we like to think of ourselves as a disciple-making church: "equipping the saints" as they seek to be faithful followers of Jesus. We do this by preaching, teaching, Bible study, outreach to those in need, and good works done in the name of the Lord.
