BMI (Body Mass Index) of a person is a method of determining whether the person falls within the healthy body weight range or not. Although, sometimes the healthy weight estimations through BMI may be a bit misleading since BMI does not account for the body composition (so an extremely muscular person may have a higher than normal BMI despite not being unhealthy while a person with very low muscle mass and high fat may have normal BMI despite being unhealthy).
