Guidelines to fully enjoy your Barré Club experience.
BONUSES
• Bonus 1 day week ----- between 4 or 5 classes depending on the month. .
The bonuses are renewed 7 days before the end of the month, until then you will not be able to make any changes to your classes for the following month.
Class changes are made within the same month.
After the month you will lose the classes not enjoyed.
ORGANIZE AND PLAN
Remember that you have the whole month to organize yourself.
Be proactive and don't wait until the last moment to enjoy your classes within the same month.
The recovery of classes is optional not mandatory.
Changes and cancellations must be made only and exclusively through our App.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancel your class without missing it up to 5 hours before the session.
• If you cancel your class after 5 am, it will be considered consumed.
• In case of not canceling your class, it will be considered consumed.
WAITING LIST
If when you reserve your class you start to queue, it is because the class is full, as soon as there is a free place you will receive an email indicating that you can now reserve your class.
You have 30 minutes to accept your reservation.
RELEASES
In our App you have all the news and surprises, through this medium you will always be informed.
If you have any special needs, let us know through WhatsApp, always with enough time to offer you the best service.
