You'll start out in your new salon - you've taken over from the old team and boy does it need some work. Using oodles of TLC, fix up the studio and get ready. Sweep up the rubbish, dust away the cobwebs and polish those floors until the entire room shines and sparkles!

Then you'll be ready to lay out all your tools of the trade in preparation for your first customer! But if you're going to be an all-star hair stylist, you've got to make sure you look the part. First, you'll need to dress your character up in the latest hip and happening fashions. Only then will you be ready to open the doors.

Don't too nervous when they come in and take a seat in front of the mirror - you've got this! Just remember to go through all the stages of preparation before you start to cut. Slip the protective gown around their neck to keep them from getting covered in hair, comb through and have a little chat, ease their nerves - and yours!
