The Assist App has been specifically designed by professional athletes & sports psychologists as a mental skill & complete athlete & coach development support platform. The skills learned and habits built by utilizing our app not only helps to optimise performance but will assist athletes in all aspects of their lives. We encourage focus on process, effort & consistency rather than immediate outcomes.
The APP is suitable for individual athletes, coaches with a small or large team of athletes & programs that are wanting to invest in the minds & bodies of their athletes.
