The watch face has following options :-
0. Hands brightness settings are added in 1.0.1 version now in customization menu,last 4 settings are to get hands without seconds needle on main display.
1. Tap on OQ logo below 12 o clock and it will open watch battery settings.
2. Tap on Date text to open calendar app.
3. Tap at 6 o clock to open Watch Alarm settings.
4. Tap at 9 o clock to open Watch Settings Menu.
5. 10 x background styles are available separately for both AoD and Main Display.
6. 1 x customizable complication To add weather, steps, or any of your liking.
7. 6 x customizable complications shortcuts available in customization menu.
