Comments about Activ5 Android Version

Very buggy. App will freeze on the same daily workout for multiple days and the only thing that will fix it is having to un-install and re-install over and over again. Exercises also freeze and are very buggy. This is not a problem with Bluetooth connection. Definitely disappointed. So tired of having to uninstall and reinstall EVERY SINGLE DAY to get the actual daily workout. Truly not worth it.

First of all, a word to those who are new users. Do NOT do what I was doing to connect the Activ5 unit, which was to go to the Bluetooth settings and try to connect there. The unit will NOT show as connected, no matter what code you try. Go directly to to the app's account screen (body shape at lower-right of main screen), and click "Connect" from there, which should do the job, and save wasting nearly 30 minutes, as I did, trying code combos and a hard reset. As to the exercises. Still trying.

There are some quirks with the app on phone verse on my firetablet. Having said that I cannot recommend the activ5 enough. My hobby is powerlifting (at 64 years old) and I have started using this for my warm up, as well as some other workouts. This is an excellent workout tool. Each exercise is done for less than a minute, but it is fit for all levels of fitness. The effects for me have been an increase in my normal stability throughout the day, balance, and flexibility. I have used a lot of home workout tools, and this is the first one that I do not believe I will out grow. Because of the shortness of each exercise, it is able to be used throughout the day in order to have brief exercise breaks.
