ACE Connect Description
The ACE Connect app allows you to connect your new ACE One cookstove to your smartphone by scanning the QR code located on the ACE One. Here you can keep track of your ACE One payment scheme, order fuel, initiate a loan repayment, contact the ACE customer services, plus you can find the latest tips and offers for you as an ACE One user.
Ownership:
This function in the app allows you to keep track of your percentage of ownership of the ACE One cookstove. This is the percentage amount you have paid for the ACE One towards the total cost of the ACE One. Your ownership percentage is demonstrated by how full the ACE One cookstove is in the diagram.
Days Remaining:
This function allows you to see how many more days are left before your next ACE One payment is due.
Last sync:
This displays the number of days since the ACE One cook stove was last synced. This allows you to ensure that your stove is regularly synced. This sync data is used to determine whether you qualify for offers and rewards.
Tips:
This is where ACE shares tips on how to use the ACE One cookstove, as well as your new ACE Connect app. Looking for something? Scroll through our tips and maybe you will find the answer.
Loan:
Here you can view your loan details, including the loan amount, remaining balance, last payment details, and loan payment history. If you are a customer from Uganda with an MTN account, you can initiate a loan repayment through this page too.
Shop:
This page displays a list of fuel products with pricing, including discounted prices if rewards are available and you qualify for them. You can also place new orders and view your order history on this page.
Rewards:
This is where you can find any available rewards and see if you qualify for any rewards.
Contact:
Having trouble with your ACE One? This function connects you to our ACE customer services who can help you out! You can either call our customer services immediately via the toll-free number or choose the ‘call me back’ option which alerts our ACE customer services to give you a call.
