Gameplan and strategizing

This is arguably the most important thing you have to do as a manager to progress and have reputable fighters in your team. You must be able to strategize and analyze other opponents before allowing your fighter to go up against them. It also helps to understand your fighters' behavior in the ring, especially if they happen to be on a losing streak.

This helps you manage your game plan against tough opponents. If you can devise good game plans, you can use them as beneficial tactics that can be used against challenging opponents in either campaign or multiplayer matches.

Knowing your fighter's skills is also a good managerial tactic. It will help you know which fighter to pit against a specific opponent by closely managing and upgrading their skills and techniques after every campaign or multiplayer match.

You can check your opponent's kills and complete stats before each match, giving you a sense of who your fighter is about to face. You can decide to use a fighter from your team under the same category as your opponent.

Game Modes

MMA Manager consists of four modes:

  • Quick Fight: In this mode, you can select a fighter's category whom you'd like to challenge. You can also select open matchups as well as take on your friends in the game.
  • Campaign: In this mode, you challenge COM-controlled fighters from various classes. Winning matches against them lets you unlock new gyms and arenas as well. You can also unlock new arenas by using bucks and credits.
  • Tournament: This mode lets you compete in tournaments with other players and reward you with lots of items if you emerge victoriously.
  • Gym v. Gym: You can compete with other gyms online and challenge opponents with a team of 5-7 fighters. The first gym manager to reach 4 points wins the challenge. If, however, the score ties to 3v3, you can choose any one of your fighters for the final round.
