Art of Conquest 2 Choosing the Starting Heroes

 

When you start the game for the first time, you will be given a chance to pick a hero; However, they all have different advantages and faults; starting heroes really does not matter that much you can pick what you like, but Rita is a guaranteed hero you will get from free summon so you can select another hero instead.

 

 

Art of Conquest 2 Resource Production

 

For any resources, when you start playing the game production rate is 100 per hour; in order to increase the production, you have to upgrade your resource buildings within your fief. 

 

Another way of increasing production is by occupying the Resource lands, but the level of resource land will determine the income.

 

When your alliance or kingdom occupies cities, all members will gain the corresponding resource production bonuses. For now, bonuses are a 15 percent increase to all the resource lands production.

 

Art of Conquest 2 Renown

 

 

Renown is earned by completing the quests and auto-generated 9 per hour; the amount of Renown will determine how many resources land you can have. For every 100 Renown, you can occupy one resource land. Each player must have 4800 Renown to build a fort, and to build more than two may need more Renown. Amount of forts you can build increases by every 500 renown after you manage to earn 4800 Renown, for example, 4800 for the first two forts, then 5000 for four forts, and 5500 for six forts.

 

Art of Conquest 2 Troop Formation

 

Before your troop goes to battle, you need to recruit soldiers. Always check this before sending out any troops because they sometimes die; if you don't check, you will send weaker troops to the battle, so always try to check if you need to recruit any soldiers before battle.

 

March speed affects the troop's march speed, and a siege power is determined by its soldiers. Troop bonuses are granted to soldiers who meet faction condition bonuses and become more powerful.

 

 

What Is the Faction Condition of Art of Conquest 2?

 

Faction condition is the bonuses you get from having the number of troops and heroes from the same Faction in formation. Imperial, Arcadian, Necrovian, and Vaeringian are the four factions in the game. Few Conditions will be applied here as follows.

 

If one of your heroes and one troop set is in one of the above factions, their HP and damage will be increased by three present.

 

IF two of your heroes and two troop sets are in the same FactionFaction, their HP and Damage will be increased by six present

 

If all three of your heroes and all of your troop sets are in the same FactionFaction, their HP and Damage will be increased by twelve present.

 

To increase the Faction bonus, you will have to upgrade the corresponding building according to the Faction. 
 

• For Imperials, you have to upgrade the military building
• For Arcadian, you have to upgrade the Arcane Wellspring
• For Necrovians, you have to upgrade the Tomb of silence
• For Vaerigian, you have to upgrade the Foundry

 

They all become available after you reach the council chamber Level 10, so until then, you don't have to worry about it

 

 

Art of Conquest 2 Troops Faction Counters

 

As for your soldiers, enemies in the game are also divided into the same factions. A faction counter is one Faction being vulnerable to another faction, and all factions have a counter faction they are weak for and stronger for; they are as follows.

 

• Imperials are strong against Vaerigians
• Vaerigians are strong against Arcadian
• Arcadian is strong against Necrovians
• Necrovians are strong against Imperials

 

A strong faction will deal 20 percent more damage, and a weak faction will take 20 percent more damage when you deploy your troops; pay attention to this detail because even if you have good, perfectly ok troops to fight, this may cause you to lose the battle. Try building a few different formations. 

 

Our tip is to, before attacking occasions when you can see the factions you are fighting, assign your melee units from the same Faction or stronger Faction as the enemies melee unit and add range units from a strong faction. This way, your melee units can tank while your range units lay waste to the enemy troops.
