It's a scam website. I booked my ticket later it says there is a fare hike. I asked them to cancel and refund the amount. Its been more than 4 months I have been calling them. Fake promises are made by their representatives for the refund. An action should be taken against these scammers. No use of sending emails to you fake scammers. Just a response will come that your request has been expedited. Which is useless message I am getting since last 4 month's
Beware! This company seems more like a fraud! I booked a hotel through this app, but when i contacted the hotel they said there is no such booking/reference number. Then I cancelled my booking and was supposed to get a full refund in 2 weeks. Still waiting for the refund since January 2023 despite regular followups and mails.
BEWARE the bait-and-switch scam. Price advertised for flight was good, i booked and paid by credit card. Afterwards they call and tell actually price is higher by aed 300 so we'll proceed if you pay extra. UNBELIEVABLE! Of course i refused and they promised they would refund. This was back in May. No refunds still till August end despite reminders! No excuse given for non refund of almost aed 2500. Imagine if someone needed that money to book alternative ticket, poor soul would have been stuck.
