It's a great app in theory but I've experienced nothing but problems. I can't access the community. I am a LIFAD member but I keep getting the same error message "no data could be loaded. Please check your internet connection." And now, out of nowhere, I cannot login on the app or website. It says my email address is not valid but I know for a fact it is. I tried to contact support but my message doesn't go through because it also says my email address isn't valid. Don't waste your time.
Doesn't work! Says can't load data, no connection for community despite lifad status. No option for US shop. Cannot enter"address" in settings.
can't access community!! I'm a LIFAD member and have been having issues with getting in. there's a constant error present. please fix asap!
