I can't verify my old appointments with the latest update. It's just keeps on loading and retrying. I've been receiving OTP but where should I input it? I hope you can check and fix the issue. My messages with my previous consultations are important and I need to access our old convo. 🙏
1) I booked an appointment for Jan 30 for an emergency. 2) Paid on the same day - Doctor's office accepted on Feb 5. 3) Couldn't get a refund since they had accepted. 4) Obviously the appointment would not push through because they accepted way after my requested date. 5) Customer support does not respond even after multiple follow-ups.
I like this app. information or the doctors, hospitals, specialists, schedules and fees are indicated. very easy to browse. very nice app.
