This app is everything I could ever want from a workout tracker and planner app. Their exercise catalog is extensive and their membership pricing options are extremely competitive. I love being able to share my routines with my friends, as well as liking and commenting on my friend's sessions to give them positive reinforcement. The only thing I see missing is the ability to write a "How To" section for custom exercises. Even with that said, I doubt a better workout app exists.
Very good app. I've been suscribed for a year now and love to see my progression and other stats. It gives you comparisons of total volume lifted at the end of each workout ("that's like lifting a yacht!"). I'm striving to see what's heavier than a yacht or a dinosaur. It has a section for prebuilt routines but it's really not that many. And it's up to you to change up and add some variation to your routines. Also would like there to be a way to randomize a routine for a week.
Hevy doubled the subscription price upon renewal and the notification feature stopped working reliably. This is one of the most important features, to pop up and make a noise when the rest time is over. I'm no longer getting that when I'm on another app or the screen is closed. Please fix this and I'll gladly change my review. Thanks.
