How to Redeem Whiteout Survival Codes (Two Working Routes)

There are two redemption paths, and they behave differently enough that it is worth knowing both.
Web route (works on any platform)
Open the official Gift Code Center atwos-giftcode.centurygame.com. Enter your Player ID—a 9-digit number found by tapping your avatar in the top-left corner of the game screen—along with your State number. Paste the code into the gift code field, complete the verification step, and confirm. Rewards land in your in-game mail, not your inventory directly, so open the mail message to claim them.
Android in-game route
Tap your avatar in the top-left corner, open Settings(the gear icon at the bottom), and select Gift Code. Enter the code there and confirm. This route skips the browser entirely but is not available on iOS.
The Player ID and State fields are where most first-time redemptions fail. The Player ID is not your nickname or your alliance tag—it is the 9-digit number beneath your name on the profile pane. The State is the server number shown in the same avatar menu, not your current map coordinates.
