Hyperspace Explore Server Shutdown Announcement

Dear Captain:

Since the launch of Hyperspace Explore, we have been deeply grateful for the strong support from so many players. However, due to adjustments in the game's development and operational strategy, it is with great regret that we announce the official termination of Hyperspace Explore on January 20, 2025, at 8:00 (UTC). All servers will be shut down at that time, and players will no longer be able to log in to the game.

The detailed timeline for the termination is as follows:

1. December 30, 2024, at 8:00 (UTC): Character creation and in-game purchases will be disabled. The game client will no longer be available for download. Any unused items within player accounts can still be used until the servers are closed.

2. January 20, 2025, at 8:00 (UTC): Game operations will officially cease, and all servers will be shut down. After this point, players will no longer be able to access or log in to the game.

Please note: After the servers are shut down on January 20, 2025, all in-game data and account information (including but not limited to characters, items, and materials) will be permanently deleted.

We share the same deep emotional connection to Hyperspace Explore as our players, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this decision.

LD Game: Hyperspace Explore Server Shutdown Rebate Program

For players who have accumulated a total recharge amount (including direct in-game recharge and in-game recharge made with LD Coins) of $100 or more within six months in LD Game Version of Hyperspace Explore, LDPlayer will provide a rebate of LD Coin to the corresponding LD Account at a certain percentage. Please contact LD Game customer service via its official Facebook page to claim it.

How to claim your LD Coin rebate：

1. This rebate program is valid until February 28, 2025. Failure to contact customer service by the deadline will be considered a waiver of the rebate.

3. This rebate program only applies to games logged in with an LD account (LD Game). 

4. Each account can only claim the server shutdown rebate once per game.
