Good concept, and partially execution too, but it's still rather buggy. Mostly because every few times instead of asking to take a breath for the app I want to open it asks me the prompt for the onesec app itself or another app that I didn't try to open as well as "unknown". And sometimes it's a loop from onesec > unknown > actual app. In other words I'm often losing a lot of time just sitting and waiting. The most annoying part is that apps blacklist themselves after prev deactivating them. P6P
After (I think) about two weeks Im very happy with the app, it helped me reduce the amount of times I open Instagram without thinking about it by a lot and made me aware of it, and although I was a bit confused by the free Version being limited to one app, but after checking the price it's very reasonable . But for some reason random apps get restricted without me adding them, and I do not want to wait to switch my music or Google something? Please fix that asap
I'm finding this very helpful for being mindful of mindless opening Facebook and scrolling. Even after taking a breath and still choosing to open it, I am much less likely to scroll without thinking: I'll see what I need to see then close it right away. The free version lets you assign one app; if my budget allows, I'm very tempted to get the pro version, which lets you assign all the apps you want. Good stuff: thank you to the developers.
