I love the sound machine itself but I ALWAYS have problems connecting with the app. It is basically useless. I willingly paid for the price of this sound machine for the convenience of being able to connect it to your phone. I've had it for 3 years now hoping they would improve the app but NOTHING. It's only worse, now I cannot connect at all. I even tried unplugging and plugging the sound machine and unistalling and installing the app. Is there even a fix for this?
Sooooo tired of accidentally deleting alarms because it's super sensitive on the "swipe to delete" function. Can't there be some sort of "are you sure you want to delete this alarm?" message that pops up first? It just takes a frustrating amount of effort to re-create an alarm once it's been deleted. If this were fixed, app would be much much better!
Great app for a great device. There's a learning curve when you first start using the app. A tip for using this with sleeping babies: Overlap your programs by one minute, otherwise you'll sometimes hear an abrupt transition between programs which can be rather jarring. I like the colors, and how you can make more customized colors. But I wish they had some ambient music options, and some really dreamy lullabies. The music options aren't bad for morning, but they're not calm enough for sleep.
