How to Redeem Aniimo Codes
You cannot redeem Aniimo redeem codes the second you create your character. The Gift Code Redemption option unlocks after you finish the early tutorial and progress far enough into the main story to complete the “Chasing the Clouds” quest with Dr. Lewis. This also unlocks your in-game mailbox, which is where every code reward arrives.
Once that quest is done, the process is straightforward:
- Open the pause menu (Esc on PC or the phone menu on mobile).
- Tap the gear icon to enter Settings.
- Select the Account tab on the left.
- Choose Gift Code Redemption.
- Paste the code exactly as written (case-sensitive) and hit Redeem.
- Open your mailbox and claim the items.
Each code works once per account. If a code fails, double-check capitalization, confirm you have not already used it, and make sure you are on the correct server for any region-locked code. Restarting the client and checking the mailbox again sometimes resolves temporary claim delays.
