Zero Stars I purchased a 90 day subscription and the app started glitching, freezing, and shutting down after a few workouts. I have contacted customer service and asked for a refund per their policy several times and no one has gotten back to me. It's been over 6 emails, and 2weeks and still no response. I can't even use it. Do not purchase! This is terrible.
This is a scam. I usually read the reviews and for some reason I didn't this time. I'm having health issues with my leg and walking is a key part to recovery so I jumped on this as the weather in my area isn't always conducive to outdoor walking. The jump in steps after three days and the weightloss goals are unrealistic. I saw it had a money back guarantee so I thought, what the hell, nothing to lose. No refund offered and no response to more emails.
DO. NOT. sign up. After the trial, the subscription automatically starts. It is listed at $30.99/month, but you are automatically charged $99.99 one day, and $69.99 the next. Total scam. Like, actual, fraudulent, scam. And, since the developer responds, I will say I just did contact support to ensure my cancellation and request the refund that reviews all over the web suggest is usually denied. So, just don't.
