My account was locked with ZERO communication from STASH. I made some updates to my account. The next day, I try to open the app multiple times and it just won't open, and I can't figure out why. I was finally able to open it from my web browser, and it said my account was locked. I call customer service and they say my account is under security review, and that I just have to wait. I had to badger them into unlocking it over the phone. Terrible communication, closing my account.
Over the last 2 months my direct deposit hasn't arrived. Customer service is terrible, 3 emails and 2 phone calls with no resolution, no answers twice, they just leave you guessing. I get paid once a month and have yet to see a direct deposit for the last two months. I checked the routing numbers and account numbers and they are what was provided by STASH. If you value the money that you worked so hard to earn DO NOT use.
It used to work great. I recently stopped being able to log into my account on my phone for some reason. I contacted support and then after a few days they closed my ticket stating they fixed the issue and confirmed with me that my issue was resolved. They didnt. I reopened the ticket and they asked for all the same information again. Still broken but works on my computer just fine. I love the app and perks but not being able to log in defeats the purpose.
