When a citizen raises a problem, it is sent to the admin, who reviews the issue, generates an Excel report for tracking, and assigns the appropriate candidate to resolve it. The assigned candidate works on solving the problem, ensuring that the issue is addressed efficiently. The app provides a platform for citizens, candidates, and admins to work together in maintaining the well-being of the community.
