It's fine. The developers always switch up the design and are making the app harder and harder to use. Dev team likes to change where everything is. I wish they would pick a standard flow and stick with it. I wish there was a better way to setup recurring payments like rent. They also make it hard on purpose to see your balance to transfer money to your bank.
Every time I want to look at my pending/past transactions and I start scrolling down, the app glitches and ENDLESSLY SCROLLS THROUGH THE SAME FEW TRANSACTIONS never letting me actually see all of my pending inbound/outbound transactions and history. The only way to use this feature is on a laptop which is ridiculous. This has been an issue for a long time.
I was somewhat tricked into opening a Venmo credit account. All I wanted to do was pay a friend for a meal. I opened the app and was prompted to enter my address and income. Yes, I probably should have stopped and asked "why" but I was tired and thought they just wanted updated information. Turns out I opened a credit account. Support is all offshore and nearly useless. I was able the close the account but minor damage was done to my credit history because of this.
