Terrible. Constantly crashes. Video plays at about 1 or 2 frames per second. The app completely freezes just about every time I use it. **Update 3\16\2024 A lot has improved since my original 1 star review. Everything seems to work much smoother now. My only complaint now is the poor video quality. 1080p resolution means nothing if you don't have a proper bitrate. The video quality is still quite poor.
My floodlight was working ok but now, less than a year later, I'm getting absolutely no notifications. When I was getting them, I had it set to only alert me for people and not motion, but it wouldn't. It would alert me for spiders and wasps, but missed half of the people. Update. March 2024. The light goes on and off with nothing to trigger it and now the entire camera cuts off at least a dozen times each night. Of course the yearly price increased as well. Buy something other than ring.
I'm very happy with my Peephole camera, but this app is kind of terrible. At least twice a week, it just loses its connection with my doorbell and says, "Couldn't load your locations. Try again later." Sometimes rebooting my phone works, sometimes it doesn't. It's a little strange, because it will still detect motion at my door and alert me on my phone, but if I open the app to actually try to see who's there, it can't. Edit: increasing my rating from 2 to 4; I haven't had this problem recently
