The quality of the photo goes significantly down after you do the swap on the faces and I actually realized using it for a long time the face swap is not that accurate either. I would have expected them to improve many years over but they did nothing. they just added more effects but they didn't actually improve in the quality in accuracy.
I am only able to use the app during off-peak times. I can't get into it most of the time as your servers are too busy. I'm not going to continue to pay for a service that you are unwilling to update your servers so that you can provide. There are other apps that can provide this same service on demand, and one in particular does a much better face swap than yours does.
Edit 03/01/2023. Okay, the biometrics for 3 years seems to be taken care of. The app overhaul stinks because now there are no good videos anymore, like movie clips, etc. They do a great job at face swapping, but now there are no fun pics, or vids. Edit 11/9/21. Okay, now a very cool app went from 5 down to 3 because now I can't use it due to the developer wanting me to agree to collecting my data. Not going to agree to that.
