Terrible service!!! Customer support is awful and very rude. The drivers are incompetent and always very late, or their navigation system (GPS) doesn't work properly and they might not even arrive at all, so they will call you and ask you to cancel the order yourself. Prices can jump up to 4 times within a minute of refreshing the app. It used to be a good app 4 years ago, I don't know what happened. Shame 👎🏻
Terrible service. It appears as if always right is a driver, not a client. Oh, and the app says there is no connection to the internet, although there is one. No credit card is accepted if an order is placed by phone. Payment method can only be changed via app. And true, some drivers charge for waiting immediately and then switch off the phone. PS. Correction. Got refunded within couple days. Two stars back up.
Always request for taxi but car is not available after waiting 5mnt to 10mnt always searching cars they don't have their own cars n drivers i think.
