Pathfinder Adventures Overview
Pathfinder Adventures, the digital adaptation of Paizo Inc.'s Pathfinder Adventure Card Game, translates the world's best-selling Pathfinder Roleplaying Game into an entirely new breed of card game, where players cooperatively battle monsters and villains, and acquire new feats, items, weapons and allies.
Role-players will find the game's character development very familiar. Characters have classes such as fighter, wizard, and rogue, as well as numbers that define strength, dexterity, intelligence, etc. You'll improve your character by acquiring new items, allies, spells, and weapons as you explore and overcome challenges; over time, you'll be able to customize your deck to better suit your own individual vision of your character.
The game can be played solo, or with other adventurers using built-in pass-and-play functionality.
Pathfinder Adventures is free to download and play, however, some game items can be purchased for real money. If you don't want to use this feature, please disable in-app purchases in your device's settings.
A network connection is required to earn in game currency during play.

I love this game, but it's been buggy at best in the years I've had it and played intermittently. The desire for money is clear, and makes some things difficult, but I've had a great time of it until recently: the loading screen appears, the thing stops spinning, and the game is frozen forever more. Haven't been able to play for a bit because of this, and I really help it gets fixed soon. If it does, I'll be happy to come back and improve my rating to 4 stars
Instant pay wall. Spent $2 to get a third character as this is the only way to play the first level. 10 minutes after that, beating the first level is all you get unless you plan on spending $15+ for who knows how many more levels. Would've gladly spent that money on characters and coins but forcing pay to play at the very beginning is a big turn off. I did enjoy the game and mechanics. Just a shame.
Enjoyable gameplay, pretty intuitive design and a pretty generally fun game to play. But it only has about 6 hours of gameplay before you reach a pay wall that completely blocks progression. If you don't mind paying two bucks for every character you want to play and $3-15 for each adventure after the first then this may be the game for you! But the prices were way too steep for me to justify supporting the game.
