VEZwolle Description
The VEZ App is for everyone who is or wants to be involved in this Evangelical church.
The VEZ is in 2019 a large evangelical congregation in Zwolle and surroundings with more than 5,600 registered people. It is a municipality with a regional and even national appearance.
More than 3,500 people visit one of the three identical services each week in the WRZV halls on Saturday evening or on Sunday. And more than 500 children attend the child gatherings held simultaneously in the adjacent VEZ Center.
During the week, congregation members come together in house circles for meetings, celebrations, conversations about the Bible, prayer and caring for each other. They also follow courses or training at the VEZ Leerhuis.
In addition, the VEZ has a wide range of activities that fit within the mission and vision of the VEZ. Examples are: programs for young people and children, Alpha course to get to know the faith, diaconate work, Puur2 activity for women; recovery programs, house of prayer, etc.
The VEZ wants to continue to grow because of the attractiveness that a large municipality assumes and the impact that a large municipality has on the environment. The VEZ wants to be a 'light on the mountain', a municipality that is at the center of society with a mission and that is open to society.
