Shypfort Description
The Shypfort mobile application consists of two main components: the user application and the logistics provider application. The user application allows users to initiate delivery requests, while the logistics provider application enables logistics service providers to manage their daily operational needs. This includes taking logistic orders, setting prices, and managing drivers.
To access the application, logistics service providers must sign up and create an account. Once logged in, they can utilize the application features. Pricing for intra and inter-state deliveries, as well as international deliveries, must be set by the logistics service provider. This involves entering pickup and destination details, along with vehicle type, product weight, and product type.
The logistics service provider also creates and manages drivers responsible for delivering assigned or accepted orders. Driver and operations management is a key focus of the application, allowing LSPs to view and edit driver information, as well as access order information associated with each driver. Performance data, such as the number of declined, completed, and scheduled orders, helps evaluate driver performance.
While management functionalities primarily exist on the web portal, they are also available on the mobile application for flexibility. Reporting and analytics play a crucial role in understanding user interaction and enhancing user experience. The statistics section provides insights into the number of orders received within specific time periods, allowing LSPs to filter results by day, week, month, or year.
Customer notification and support management are vital aspects of the logistics provider application. Push notifications deliver real-time updates on customer orders, while support services are available 24/7. Drivers created on the application can accept or decline orders initiated by users.
On the user application, new users must sign up before gaining access to the features. This verification process prevents unverified users from placing orders. Once signed in, users can initiate delivery requests, whether local or international. The details of the request must match the pricing set up by at least one logistics service provider for the user to see an LSP capable of fulfilling the request.
The system searches for LSPs that match the delivery request parameters entered by the user. The search results display available LSPs with their prices and ratings on the application. To book an LSP, the user clicks the book button, confirming pickup and delivery information on a subsequent page. Once confirmed, the selected LSP receives the order request and has 20 minutes to accept or decline it. Upon acceptance, the user can proceed to payment, and the assigned driver can commence the pickup process. The delivery order can be tracked under the deliveries section.
Once the item is delivered and the driver provides proof of delivery, the delivery status is updated to complete. LSPs can view real-time remittance amounts on their wallet and withdraw funds to their linked bank accounts.
