The Creusot Montceau urban community, with its member municipalities, affirms its desire to provide quality and efficient public service, and wishes to strengthen the relationship with its inhabitants.
From a citizen and participatory perspective, the urban community has adopted a solution called "Citizen relay" at the service of all the inhabitants of its territory.
This tool, which can be downloaded free of charge, allows any citizen of the territory to participate in the improvement of public space:
- by reporting by automatic geolocation any malfunction observed on the public highway (roads, public lighting, deterioration of street furniture, bulky objects, rubbish, etc.). The request is sent to the urban community, the user can follow the evolution of his request on his mobile.
