PriceWise Description
PriceWise is a powerful machine learning model that is trained on 124,012 houses sold on Funda.nl and provides price estimates of real estate in the Netherlands. The user can input up to 16 different property attributes and get a highly accurate price estimate (±8.9%). Useful whether you want to buy or sell a house in the Netherlands and seek for an appraisal of the property.
