With the PLARAD DA2docu App you can use the full range of functions of a PLARAD DA2docu torque wrench.
Create screwdriving cases
The app offers the possibility to define bolting cases. Thus, the number of bolted joints, the tightening parameters and the tightening sequence can be defined in advance.
Screwdriving case guidance
Based on the bolt cases, the user is informed at any time during assembly about the number of remaining bolts and the respective settings. In this way, bolted joints can be assembled or disassembled safely and precisely by simply following the instructions on the smart device.
Step and gear lock
The step and gear lock is another practical function of the rotary screwdriver. If the tightening parameters do not correspond to the specifications of the screwdriving case, this is locked and incorrect screwdriving is no longer possible.
Documentation
You can document bolted joints and export the documentation as .pdf or .csv. In addition, you can use the GPS bolting position function to retrieve the exact position of each individual bolting operation.
User administration
With the help of the user administration, device-specific individual functions can be activated or deactivated in order to block access to certain areas if required.
