MyFriendsRoom Description
MyFriendsRoom is the travel app for internationally minded people to connect with friends of friends, travelers and locals to stay with, make friends with and discover the city through events, meet ups and local services from a trusted network.
The app is aimed at travelers visiting a city for the first time either for work or vacation, as an expat or tourist. The ´Discover' search allows users to find recommend local services such as bars, restaurants, transport and tours.
Your trusted network — the unique feature of MyFriendsRoom is the mutual friends concept. When you add new friends, you are also connected to their friends. So when you are looking for a place to stay or people to meet, you already have a trusted network.
The groups function allows MyFriendsRoom partners (both businesses and individuals) to create groups. Functions include: group chat and the ability for group members to share their live location with other members and create live events. Group admins can also create future events searchable by all app members.
In our events section, local event groups and businesses who are MyFriendsRoom Partners can create events searchable by location by all app members.
