I would love love the app... if it actually worked. The search function is so broken. And not being able to hide Makers Place items is an absolutely major pitfall. The cart total is also very slow to update. Pictures don't like to load. Just scrolling through categories is fine, but the moment you add any sort of filter it just bugs out. The filter doesn't even work half the time anyway.
app is hard to navigate, I can't find my coupons without getting lost for a minute. they used to be in a easier accessible place then they updated it, feeling like they're hiding the good deals. everytime I close out the app, it always without fail logs me out each time. even when I click on the notifications, it's kinda disappointing. :/
App is difficult to navigate. Rewards seem shady as well. I've been shopping at Michaels for 7 yrs, recently linked my account to the app, and have a whopping $.54 in rewards points, and a slew of vouchers that I can't use for some reason, and no way to even know about these said vouchers. I go to "customer care," and it's like a huge runaround.. I go to the questions, click on rewards, and it takes me right to signing up for rewards.
