MEForMe Description
Dieticians successfully help clients overcome their struggle with weight by providing something that speaks to all aspects of the challenge. The food, how we feel, how we live, what we do and who we are. The professional support helps the person struggling to make healthy changes with an evidence based framework, motivation, food ideas and inspiration. Probably most importantly of all, a dietician worth their weight in gold is a non-judgmental carer and never runs out of steam.
MEForMe is a digital dietician. An online application based on Monique Etkinds life’s work with her clients in private practice, combining Monique’s framework, coaching, resources and unique brand of care with the advantage delivered by a digital management plan. MEForMe aims to reach those who have not been able to find a plan that works for them. They are disenchanted with diet apps, food delivery services, fad diets, tracking tools, unused gym memberships and everything in between. We have built this for anyone who is struggling to feel good and wants some help. You won’t need to travel or make an appointment or get time off work to do it. We have also removed any social or cultural pressure you may have about talking to someone about your weight or your eating habits, how much you weigh or how hard you find things and you definitely don’t need to worry about “stripping off” in front of a stranger.
The Results
What matters is how you feel when you wake up, what your energy and mood is like throughout the day, how you cope when difficult things happen. How you feel in and about your body can be the make or break card here.
MEForMe focusses on 4 components of wellbeing. Your weight, your mood, your energy and your sleep. The weight is a number we use as a guide but how you feel matters more. The scale also doesn’t tell the whole story. There is not a lot we can control around us, but we can control what we put in our bodies. Fueling yourself with nutritious food will fill you up in every way. Your hard days will still come but you will feel better because you made a good choice with your mind and your body will know it and show it.

These components are managed and supported through individualized meal plans based on your food preferences, shoppings list with recommended products, daily diary and texts from Monique, coaching videos and audios from Monique on every topic she knows you will think of: eating out, holidays, travel, food on the go, afternoon snack attacks, you name it, she’s thought of it and we have a coaching tool or resource to give you a little help. The app is designed to be used all day, at each meal and at any time when you need to make a choice and you're finding it hard, for whatever reason.

Your vitals are managed by you and supported by Monique through individualized meal plans based on your food preferences, shoppings list with recommended products, daily diary, coaching videos and audios and texts from Monique on every topic she knows you will think of: eating out, holidays, travel, food on the go, afternoon snack attacks, you name it, she’s thought of it and we have a coaching tool or resource to give you a little help.
