KH. Achmad Muzakki Syah, was born on a sweet Sunday, August 9, 1948 in Kedawung village, Patrang district, Jember district. He is the son of the sakinah family partner KH. Achmad Syaha with Nyai Hj. Siti Fatimatuzzahra bint KH. Syadali.

Achmad Syaha at around 02.00 in the morning screaming (driving) in his screams he said..muzakki, muzakki.. get down, get down..you will fall later, what are you doing there..? because of the loud screams, many neighbors woke up and came to KH. Achmad Syaha, when asked why he was screaming in the middle of the night, he replied that I saw Muzakki perched in the sky and did not want to come down, he said he was repairing the gate of the fallen Waliyulloh.
