Jamee has been a certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and has helped many individual find that balance between life, health, work, and FUN! She educates her clients on proper exercise, nutrition, and training when it comes to general health and longevity, weightloss, mobility, body transformation, sport specific, or pregnancy and postpartum goals.
Jamee herself understands the conflicts between our health, goals, and the constant pressure of diet culture and how societal fads continue to brainwash our mindset and keep many of us on this never ending helpless wheel of confusion in regards to health. This is where my App comes in! I will guide you and educate you on how to live a healthy, active lifestyle, regardless where you are in the world!
