P Karthikeya Abhiram is a 9 years old student, who is very passionate about Carnatic music. He learnt Soundarya Lahari from his Guruvugaru in 100 days with each shloka in different raaga. Abhiram recorded the audio clips of each Shloka for the benefit of new learners along with a full length recite version.
This app enables the learner to a)Self learn line by line by themselves, with recite along option - shloka text and raga being provided in the same page b) Learn at their convenient time c)Learn using the most commonly available sources of mobiles, tabs and d)freedom to litsen individual shlokas or full version at a stretch without any interruption or the overhead of downloads.
Soundaryalahari is an unprecedented book in which Adi Shankaracharya praised Jaganmata . It is also a stotra (a hymn in devotional praise of God), a mantra (a collection of syllables with special benefits when chanted with devotion by the grace of the Guru), a tantra (a yogic system that results in special siddhas if practiced scientifically), and a kavya (a melodious, thematic work of lyrical beauty). . It is divided into two parts namely Anandalahari and Soundaryalahari. The first 41 slokas are called Anandalahari and 42 to 100 slokas are Soundaryalahari.
